Our Team
At AllCompanion Pet Care, we are more than professionals. We are a community of humans who genuinely love animals, not just for their cuteness, but for who they are. Our caregivers share a commitment to species-inclusive, trauma-informed care and show up ready to support your family with integrity, flexibility, and heart. We value trust, respect, and connection, and we never take lightly the honor of being welcomed into your life and home.

At this time, AllCompanion is a one-person operation. Every service, visit, and message comes directly from the same trusted caregiver, so you always know who is entering your home and caring for your companions. The long-term goal is to grow a small, values-aligned team, but for now, it is just one dedicated human doing the work with heart and intention.
About
Drae Solberg FFCP
Founder & Caregiver
A compassionate, nerdy, and deeply observant caregiver who finds joy in building trust with all beings, both on trails and in pixelated worlds.

Past Life
Drae was never the kid who dreamed of being an astronaut, soccer player, or pop star. Instead, they:
-
Cared for a beloved rat companion named Daithi.
-
Grew up with two goofy boxers, Lila and Bentley.
-
Read fantasy and sci-fi books.
-
Daydreamed about becoming a forest ranger.
-
Petitioned for the protection of wolves.
-
Played saxophone in multiple bands.
-
Made art often and wrote lots.
Present Life
When Drae is not out adventuring with someone’s beloved companion, you will probably find them:
-
Caring for their two kittos, Aye-Aye and Mala.
-
Playing video games like Skyrim and Stardew Valley.
-
Eating delicious vegan, gluten-free meals.
-
Watching philosophical and fantasy films.
-
Hiking and birdwatching.
-
Playing a vinyl or listening to comedy podcasts.
-
Making art and writing lots.
Drae's Mission
Before founding AllCompanion, Drae worked in the fields of conservation genetics, animal rights advocacy, and wildlife rehabilitation — caring for beings from those as small as baby squirrels to those as wild as wolves. Along the way, they realized the same respect and compassion offered to beyond-human animals in crisis were just as needed by the companions living in our homes.
Drae created AllCompanion to provide care rooted in patience, consent, and genuine understanding. They specialize in supporting anxious, reactive, and sensitive companions, meeting each one where they are and letting them set the pace. With certifications in Fear Free care, Pet First Aid, and CPR, Drae brings skill as well as a grounded, mindful presence to every visit.
For Drae, this work is a way of life built on slowness, connection, and mutual respect — and they are honored to share that care with you and your companions.
