We value trust, respect, and connection, and we never take lightly the honor of being welcomed into your life and home.
At this time, AllCompanion is a one-person operation. Every service, visit, and message comes directly from the same trusted caregiver, so you always know who is entering your home and caring for your companions. The long-term goal is to grow a small, values-aligned team, but for now, it is just one dedicated human doing the work with heart and intention.

Drae was never the kid who dreamed of being an astronaut, soccer player, or pop star. Instead, they were the one:

When Drae is not out adventuring with someone’s beloved companion, you will probably find them:

Drae's Mission
Before founding AllCompanion, Drae spent years working in wildlife rehabilitation, conservation genetics, and animal rights advocacy. They’ve bottle-fed baby squirrels, monitored wolf populations through DNA samples, and talked to college students about speciesism until their voice gave out. Over time, it became clear that the kind of care Drae wanted to offer wasn’t just for animals in the wild or those exploited by commercial systems — it was for the ones living in our homes and our everyday lives.
That is why they started AllCompanion: to offer care rooted in respect, patience, and consent — not obedience or control. Drae believes in creating space where all beings — human or not — can exist with less fear and more freedom, starting in their own home and yours.
Drae specializes in supporting anxious, reactive, or fearful companions. They meet each one where they are, let them set the pace, and genuinely enjoy learning what makes them feel safe, comfortable, and understood. Certified in Fear Free care, Pet First Aid, and CPR, Drae takes their work seriously — and also believes that being a good caregiver means showing up as a mindful, grounded person who is fully present. That is why they care for their own body, mind, and spirit with the same intention they offer to the beings they support.
For Drae, this is more than a job — it is a way of life rooted in slowness, presence, and mutual respect.

Assisted the wolf curator in observing and supporting resident wolves, studied ethology, and educated visitors on wolf behavior and conservation.
Laboratory and Wildlife Technician, Fish and Game
Monitored wolf populations using conservation genetics and fieldwork techniques, contributing to long-term wildlife management strategies.
Lead Volunteer, Blackbird Ranch Farmed Animal Sanctuary
Provided trauma-informed daily care for residents and educated the public on anti-speciesism, wildlife ethics, and compassionate co-existence.
