About Our Team
We are built on thoughtful, relationship-centered care that honors each companion as an individual. Our work is grounded in integrity, emotional awareness, and deep respect for all beings. Every visit is approached with patience and intention, supporting both you and your companion.

AllCompanion is currently a one-person practice, by design. Every service, visit, and message comes directly from the same trusted caregiver, ensuring consistency, familiarity, and peace of mind. When you welcome AllCompanion into your home, you know exactly who is showing up.
As the business grows, the vision is to expand into a small, values-aligned team that shares this same philosophy. Until then, AllCompanion remains intentionally personal, hands-on, and deeply connected.
Drae Solberg | FFCP
Founder & Lead Caregiver
Drae is a compassionate, observant caregiver who finds meaning in building trust with all beings on quiet neighborhood walks, wooded trails, and everywhere in between.
Known for their grounded presence and thoughtful approach, Drae specializes in supporting sensitive, anxious, and reactive companions with patience and respect.
They bring a calm, attentive energy to every visit, allowing companions to set the pace and express themselves without pressure. Care is never rushed or forced. They nurture trust by listening and communicating clearly with both you and your beyond-human family members.

The Long Way Here
Before founding AllCompanion, they worked in conservation genetics, animal rights advocacy, and wildlife rehabilitation—caring for beings as small as baby squirrels and as wild as wolves. Through this work, Drae saw how transformative it can be when animals are met with consent, patience, and dignity, especially in moments of stress or vulnerability.
At the same time, Drae’s personal life was shaped by deep bonds with companion animals:
a beloved rat named Daithi, two joyful boxers named Lila and Bentley, and many quiet lessons learned from observing animals simply being themselves.
Over time, it became clear that the same respect offered to wildlife in crisis was just as necessary for the companions living in our homes. AllCompanion was created to bring that level of care, awareness, and ethical responsibility into everyday pet care.
Philosophy in Practice
AllCompanion Pet Care is rooted in force-free, consent-based, trauma-informed care. Drae is Fear Free Certified and trained in canine and feline First Aid and CPR, blending technical skill with emotional intelligence.
Their approach is especially supportive of companions who are:
-
Anxious, shy, or easily overwhelmed
-
Reactive or sensitive to their environment
-
Recovering from past stress, trauma, or change
This work is not just a service—it’s a way of life built on slowness, presence, and mutual respect. Drae believes that when animals feel safe, seen, and supported, trust follows naturally.
Outside of Visits
When not caring for someone else’s beloved companion, Drae can usually be found:
-
Spending time with their two cats, Aye-Aye and Mala
-
Hiking, birdwatching, or seeking quiet green spaces
-
Playing games like Skyrim or Stardew Valley
-
Cooking vegan, gluten-free meals
-
Listening to vinyl or thoughtful comedy podcasts
-
Making art, writing, and daydreaming about forests
These personal rhythms inform their caregiving—attentive, creative, reflective, and grounded.
