We start with a quick phone consultation to get to know you and your companions, answer questions, and confirm our services are a good fit. This first step helps build trust before our Meet & Greet.

4. Schedule a Meet & Greet

Once your profile is complete and our availability is confirmed, we’ll schedule an in-person Meet & Greet. This visit lets humans and companions meet, get comfortable, and discuss your companion’s needs to ensure the best care.

2. Create Your Family Profile

Create an account in our secure portal, Time To Pet, to share details, upload records, request your Meet & Greet, and complete forms. A phone call is still required, but this makes the process faster.

5. Sign Client Agreements

All new clients complete our service agreement and veterinary release forms through Time To Pet. These forms clarify responsibilities and ensure protection for you, your companions, and our team, supporting safe and reliable care.

3. Review Policies & Fees

Before booking, please review our Policies & Fees page. Clear communication about scheduling, cancellations, weather, and care expectations helps us provide safe, reliable care.
