Every visit is rooted in Fear Free and trauma-informed practices. No aversive tools, no shortcuts, and no one-size-fits-all approach. Every companion is met as the individual they are; with patience, curiosity, and genuine care. This relaxed call is an opportunity to get to know your family, learn a little about your companions, and make sure AllCompanion is the right fit before moving forward. The details come later. For now, let's just connect.

You will be prompted to sign AllCompanion's client agreements through Time To Pet. These agreements outline expectations, cancellation policies, and care protocols for every visit.

2. Create a Profile

You will receive an invitation to create your family profile on Time To Pet. This is where the details live — routines, medications, behavioral notes, and more.

5. Meet & Greet

The Meet & Greet is an in-person introduction and behavior assessment, giving your companions time to connect in a low-pressure, unhurried environment before services begin.
