This page will walk you through everything you need to get started with AllCompanion Pet Care. We aim to make the process easy, personalized, and rooted in mutual trust and respect.
1. Schedule a Phone Call
Before anything else, we like to begin with a friendly phone consultation. This quick call helps us learn more about you and your companions, answer any initial questions, and make sure our services are the right match for your needs. It’s an important first step to building trust and setting you up for a smooth experience.
4. Schedule a Meet & Greet
Once your profile is complete and we’ve confirmed our availability, we’ll set up your in-person Meet & Greet. This visit gives everyone — humans and animals alike — a chance to meet, get comfortable, and talk through your companion’s unique needs so we can provide the best care moving forward.
2. Create Your Family Profile
While a phone call is still required, you can speed up the process by creating your account in our secure client portal, Time To Pet. There, you’ll be able to share detailed information about your companions and household, upload vet and vaccine records, request your Meet & Greet, and complete any necessary paperwork.
5. Sign Client Agreements
To move ahead with care, all new clients must sign our service agreements and liability waiver through the Time To Pet portal. These forms outline everyone’s responsibilities and ensure clarity and protection for you, your companions, and our team. It’s all part of providing professional and dependable service.
3. Review Policies & Fees
Before booking services, we ask that every client reviews our Policies & Fees page. This ensures we’re all on the same page about topics like scheduling, cancellations, extreme weather, and care expectations. We believe clear communication and transparency help us deliver the safest, most reliable care possible.
6. Schedule Services
Once all steps are complete, we will confirm availability, finalize your service schedule and get your companion care officially started! We are excited to be part of your pet’s routine and look forward to building a long-lasting, supportive relationship with you and your beloved companions. Welcome to the family!
